TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COK AUTO LOAN PROMOTION
This Promotion shall consider new loans for vehicles 2018 and newer, under existing COK Sodality’s assessment terms, disbursed between July 01, 2024 and November 29, 2024.
Every COK Sodality member, whose qualified loan is disbursed during the promotional period (July 01, 2024 and November 29, 2024) is eligible to participate in the respective monthly as well as the grand draw.
Automatic entries are gained when an individual is a COK Sodality member who has a COK Auto loan disbursed during the promotional period: July 01, 2024 to November 29, 2024. The motor vehicle year’s must be from 2018 or newer.
The Promotion will be opened to all eligible COK Sodality members island-wide.
Non-members may fulfill conditions for membership and apply for a COK Auto Loan under existing COK Sodality assessment terms, and qualify for entry into the promotion if the loan has been disbursed during the promotional period July 01, 2024 to November 29, 2024.
HOW TO ENTER
Member should meet qualifying conditions for the loan and submit loan application with required documents.
PRIZES
Prizes will be disseminated to the winning members’ preferred COK Sodality branch as per below:

Grand Draw:
1st prize: one year’s auto insurance for said vehicle, applicable to the member’s insurance of choice, capped at $200,000.00, to be applied to insurance premium for the new insurance year.
NB! This insurance coverage will be applicable to the subsequent year’s insurance. Therefore, the winner MUST make full payment for the first year’s insurance premium. The subsequent year’s premium will be financed by COK Sodality under the terms of this promotion.
This prize MUST be redeemed no later than 30 days after the renewal date of the expired insurance premium associated with the vehicle entered to win the competition. Should the vehicle or member associated with the prize become uninsurable, the member will be issued with the sum of the original premium paid to insure the vehicle associated with the loan. This sum is capped at JMD $200,000.
2nd prize: An all-inclusive vacation weekend (3 days, 2 nights) for two at Sea Garden Beach Resort valued at $87,500 per night; valid for 1 year. The following are the blackout dates where reservations cannot be made:

▪ Kindly note that taxes or fees are covered by SeaGarden, therefore COK Sodality or the 2nd place winner will not be responsible for this cost.
Monthly prize:
FESCO Jamaica gas voucher, valued at $7,500, redeemable at any FESCO Service station island-wide. This prize is valid until the value of the fuel associated is depleted (fully redeemed). NB: There will only be one monthly winner selected each month until the promotional period ends.
Photographs and videos of presentation of prizes will be taken.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
Monthly Draws:
Monthly draws will take place between 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at COK Sodality’s office, 66 Slipe Road, Kingston 5, as per the table below:

- There is no rollover of entries each month. Once a participant is entered in a monthly draw, that individual will not be eligible for any future monthly draw. The participant’s information shall therefore be removed from the database of participants for all subsequent monthly draws, except in the grand draw.
- Each month during the promotional period, all qualified members for the preceding month will be eligible for participation in the respective monthly draw.
- For the monthly draw, two additional entries will be drawn, to be used as back-up if for any extenuating circumstance the winner is unable to accept the prize.
Grand Draw:
Grand draw will take place at COK Sodality’s office, 66 Slipe Road, Kingston 5, on December 06, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. All the members, including winners, who participated in the monthly draws will be eligible to enter.
For the grand draw, an additional entry will be drawn for each of the two categories, to be used as back-up if for any extenuating circumstance the winner is unable to accept the prize.
Winners will be contacted via telephone, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at the number provided, no later than one working day after the draw has taken place. A maximum of three calls will be made to each winner each day, for a maximum three consecutive working days. Message will be left on last attempt and member given five working days to contact COK. Failure to do so, the member would have forfeited the prize and the backup winner will be contacted in the same manner.
- If a member is unable to accept prize, same will be retained by COK.
- Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the notification of winning.
- Winners are asked to present a valid government of Jamaica issued identification to claim
- prizes. Valid identification considered are National/voter’s ID, Driver’s License and Passport.
OTHER RULES OF THE PROMOTION
Each month during the promotional period, all qualified members for the preceding month
will be eligible for participation in respective monthly draw.
For the grand prize, all the members who participated in the monthly draw and remain in
good standing with the Credit Union will be eligible.
Winners should agree to allow use of their names, photographs and videos for the Credit
Union’s publicity purposes, at no cost. Failing this, they forfeit their prize.
Employees, contractors, volunteers and contracted workers of COK Sodality Cooperative
Credit Union, SeaGarden Beach Resort, all advertising and media partners and their
immediate family members (spouses/children/siblings) are not eligible to enter.
Once received, where possible prizes are transferable. Except for the Main prize of one
year’s insurance coverage that Must be applied to the premium associated with the vehicle
attached to the winning loan.
Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash Except in the case where the main prize winner
becomes uninsurable or the vehicle associated with the winning loan becomes uninsurable
under the terms of the associated insurance policy.
Participants are able to gain entry in the competition through conducting business at any
COK Sodality Cooperative Credit Union branch locations listed below:
