TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 10 WEEKS PARDNA PLAN PROMOTION
The promotion will be conducted over ten weeks from July 01, 2024, to September
09, 2024.
This Promotion shall consider Saving plan in the featured category of COK Pardna Plan
created within the promotional period will be eligible for entry in the competition.
Every COK Sodality member, who is qualified for the COK Pardna Plan and whose saving
plan is created during the promotional period for 10 weeks, is eligible to participate in the
grand draw.
The Promotion will be opened to all eligible COK Sodality members island-wide. Non-members may fulfill conditions for membership and activate the 10-weeks Pardna Plan under
existing COK Sodality terms, and qualify for entry into the promotion.
No entry fee is required or entry application is required. Entrants will be taken from the saving
plan database once the 10 Weeks Pardna Plan is activated.
The presentation of prizes will be captured and the images will be used for promotional
purposes.
HOW TO ENTER
Member should meet qualifying conditions for the savings plan (10 Weeks Pardna Plan)
and sign up with all required documents.
PRIZES
Prizes will be disseminated to the winning members’ preferred COK Sodality branch as per below:

• Units 9 & 10, Winchester Business Center, 15 Hope Road, Kingston 10
• Units 4, 6 & 8, Caledonia Mall, 3½ Caledonia Road, Mandeville, Manchester

• Shops 6 & 7 Sunshine Plaza, 2 Church Street, Montego Bay, St. James
Grand Draw Prize:
Main prize: COK Sodality Back to School Share Certificate valued at $25,000 each,
where five winners will be selected. The Back to School Share Certificate is valid for six
months from the issued date and can be en-cashed without lodgement at any of the COK
Sodality branches.
Photographs and videos of presentation of prizes will be taken.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
There will be no monthly draws
Grand Draw:
Grand draw will take place at COK Sodality’s office, 66 Slipe Road, Kingston 5, on September
10, 2024, between 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. For the grand draw, the first 5 entries selected will be
deemed winners and an additional entry will be drawn for each winner, that will be used as back
up if for any extenuating circumstance the winner is unable to accept the prize.
Winners will be contacted via telephone, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at
the number provided, no later than one working day after the draw has taken place. A
maximum of three calls will be made to each winner each day, for a maximum three
consecutive working days. A message will be left on last attempt and member given five
working days to contact COK. Failure to do so, the member would have forfeited the prize
and the backup winner will be contacted in the same manner.
If a member is unable to accept prize, same will be retained by COK.
Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the notification of winning. Failure to do so,
then the prize will be retained by COK Sodality.
Winners are asked to present a valid government of Jamaica issued identification at a
selected COK Sodality branch of choice, to claim prizes. Valid identification considered
are National/voter’s ID, Driver’s License and Passport.
OTHER RULES OF THE PROMOTION
Members must be 18 years or older to participate.
Participants will only have one entry despite having more than one COK Pardna Plans
purchased.
For the grand prize, all the members must remain in good standing with the Credit Union.
Winners should agree to allow use of their names, photographs and videos for the Credit
Union’s publicity purposes, at no cost. Failing this, they forfeit their prize.
Employees, contractors, volunteers and contracted workers of COK Sodality Cooperative
Credit Union, all advertising and media partners and their immediate family members
(spouses/children/siblings) are not eligible to enter.
Once received, where possible prizes are transferable.
Participants are able to gain automatic entry in the promotion by activating a 10Weeks
Pardna Plan at any COK Sodality Cooperative Credit Union branch locations listed
below:
